Central Youth CC beat Assex CC

Central Youth Cricket Club beat (CYCC) Assex Cricket Club (ACC) in the 13th Kandy District Group “B” limited over’s qualifying tournament match, which was played yesterday at the Wickramabakhu College grounds in Gampola. Assex Cricket Club taking the first turn of the wicket were all out for 90 runs in 30.5 over. s M. Asardeen made 25 and Binura Rajapakse pocketed 5 for 21. In reply Central Youth Cricket Club scored 98 for 2 in 14.2 overs with Kasun Darshana was unbeaten on 33 and Achintha Ushan 33.
