Old Mahanamians win

Old Mahanamians Sports Club beat Design Sports Club by nine wickets in their inter-club Colombo District Division Three tournament cricket match played at Kalutara.

Batting first Design Sports Club were shot out for 87 runs and in reply Old Mahanamians notched up the required score with ease.

Design SC 87 in 28.2 overs (Manick Gunawardene 24, Achintha Supun 3/29 Chamindu Madhuwantha 3/24, Devindu Kekiradeniya 2/12).

Old Mahanamians SC 91/1 in 12.5 oves (Vinuka Rubasinghe 48 n/o, Mihindu Nimshan 25 n/o).
