Wadduwa Marians get new cricket net

Opening of the newly built cricket net

A Cricket Net, built at the St.Mary’s M.V, Wadduwa at a cost of RS.700000 by the Sri Lanka Cricket Institute, according to a request made by the President of Old St.Marians and Wadduwa Sports Club, and the Opposition Leader of, Panadura PS M.G.Ereshan Perera,was declared open recently (07) by the Vice President of Sri Lanka Cricket, Mr Ravindra Wickramarathna,.

Chief Father of Wadduwa Church Fr.Gayan Prasanna, President of Wadduwa Sports Club M.G.Ereshan Perera and, Principal Mrs.Kumudini Perera, were also present at the event.The new Cricket Net will facilitate Players of Wadduwa Sports Club and the students of St.Mary’s M.V.
