Pothuwila MV, Kalutara, Sangamitta Balika MV, Aluthgama and Agamethi Balika MV, Panadura emerged under 16, under 15 and under 20 Girls Volleyball Champions respectively, at the Kalutara Zonal Level Girls Volleyball Championship tournament matches, held at Pothupitiya MV. Kalutara on March 11, 2020.

These series of girls Volleyball matches were organized and observed by Senior ISA (Sports and Health Science) Rasika Dharmakeerthi, attached to the Kalutara Education Office and conducted by a panel of volleyball referees. Miriswatte National School, Dodamgoda, St. Anthony’s Girls College, Panadura and Sumangala Balika NS, Panadura were the runner-up at under 16, 18 and 20 respectively. All the six teams qualified to compete at the forthcoming Western Provincial Competitions, in Colombo.
