Two doctors for Sri Lankan Team

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has made arrangements to send two specialised medical doctors for the tour of Bangladesh, which began yesterday.

According to a senior official of SLC, the two medical doctors K. A. P. Kiriella and Danushka Dewapriya are accompanying the team now in Bangladesh. Dr. Kiriella (physician) has already worked with the players (Lanka Premier League) and travelled with the team to South Africa as well as to the West Indies. However, Dr. Dewapriya was recently hired by SLC for two years and is attached with the national team for the first time. (D.R)
