Kavishka Gimhan won the Under-14 title at the CFSL Online Youth Rapid Chess Championship 2021, by scoring a total 8.5 points out of possible nine games.
The CFSL Online Youth Rapid Chess Championship for Under-14 years was held at the chess.com platform under the Swiss System with nine rounds.
Meanwhile, Sanidula Dahamdi of Musaeus College performed well to win the Silver Medal scoring eight points out of nine games, just losing to the winner.
Daham Jayasundara also tied with Sanidula with eight points at the end, but he had to be satisfied with the Bronze Medal due to the fewer tie-breaker points.
