Kalutara divisional secretariat emerged champions at the 46th Kalutara District Inter secretariat sports festival-2020 which was held on September 19th and 20th at the Bandaragama sports complex. Bandaragama divisional secretariat came second and Panadura secretariat was third at the divisional secretariat sports festival.
The competitive events were successfully organized by the Kalutara District sports officer S.R.Z. Mowlana with the help of the Kalutara divisional secretariat sports units officer's. and the Bandaragama Pradeshiya Sabha chairman Devenda Prera presided over the sports festival while fourteen divisional secretariat players from Panadura, Beruwala, Matugama, Horana, Bandaragama, Millaniya, Ingiriya, Bulathsinhala, Palindanuwara, Agalawatte, Walalavita, Madurawala, Dodangoda and Kalutara took part in this massive sports carnival.
The western province education and sports ministry secretary Srisoma Lokuvithana was the chief guest on the second day programme and awards ceremony.
