Ranindi an athletic star in the making

Ranindi Pehansa Gamage of Kottawa Dharmapala Vidyalaya is an outstanding athlete who has won several events in athletic meets held recently She has won the girls under 16 high jump event in Sir John Tarbat meet, 2019 Sri Lanka athletic meet, 2019 Sri Jayawardanapura Zonal schools athletic meet, 2019 Colombo District athletic meet, 2019 Colombo District Yovun Kreeda Festival, 2019.

She has also won the girls under 20 high jump event in the western province meet, 2019 and under girls 200 metres event at the Maharagama zone youth athletic meet, 2019.
