Horizon International under 15 team enter pre-quarters

The under 15 division three cricket team of Horizon International School, Malabe has entered the pre quarters of the cricket tournament conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association for the Singer Trophy. They are captained by Yehan Ranasinghe and his deputy is Saveena Methmika.

In the first round they played three matches and won two and one drawn and in their second round they participated in three matches and won two and lost one. Their highest run getter is the skipper Yehan Ranasinge and the top wicket taker is right arm leg spinner Pasan Maleesha.

They are coached by former Cambrian and past Sri Lanka women cricket coach Chithral Mendis and the Principal Mrs. Mary Anne Hills and the CEO Upul Daranagama has been very supportive through out the tournament.
