27th MCA Premier League 2020 postponed

The MCA Tournament Committee at its weekly meeting decided to postpone the tournament indefinitely, due to the atrocious weather conditions.

Six matches have been completed so far, out of which two got washed out without a ball being bowled; both games involving LB Finance against John Keells and Hayleys.

Group ‘A’ is wide open so far, with all teams completing two matches each; Hayleys Group (6 points), LB Finance (4), MAS Unichela (4) and JKH (2).

Group ‘B’ which has only three teams have found its semi–finalist: Dimo (4 points) and SLC Emerging Team (4). Sampath Bank, who had lost both their games is out of the reckoning. (YK)
