St. Lawrence’s Convent, Colombo 6 performed well at the recently concluded Inter-school Age category Table Tennis Championship to clinch two third places (under-10 and under-16).
The tournament was conducted by the Sri Lanka Schools Table Tennis Association at the S. Thomas’ Indoor Stadium, Mount Lavinia. The under-10 team comprised Dilusha Fernando, Onela Seneviratne, Tashiya Sooriyarachchi and Tiyana Punchihewa.
The under-16 team comprised Desuri Silva (captain), Kaveesha Fernando, Chanuki Jayasooriya and Oneli Rajasuriya. The St. Lawrence’s TT teams were coached by Amila Chathuranga
