Trinity wins Cup c’ship

Trinity College Kandy emerged the Cup champions of the Milo U14 inter School Rugby championship when they defeated Isipathana college at Royal Sports Complex yesterday. Winners scored 10 to 5 points in full time.

Plate championship was won by the St Joseph’s College beating Wesley cllege by 10-05 and bowl championship was secured by Vidyartha college Kandy beating Kingswood college in the final. The Shield championship was won by Mahanama College Colombo beating St Benedict’s College Colombo.

The tournament was sponsored by Nestle Lanka PLC.
