Sebs, DS and Mahanama advance to the semi-finals

Last season’s runner-up St. Sebastian’s College, Moratuwa, Mahanama College, Colombo and D.S. Senanayake College, Colombo advanced to the semi finals of the Singer Trophy Under 17 Division One inter-school cricket tournament on Thursday.

St. Sebastian’s beat Trinity College, Kandy by 6 runs according to D/L method in the quarterfinal played at Wijerama Mawatha and Mahanama beat Royal College, Colombo by 7 wickets in the quarterfinal played at St. Sebastian’s College ground, Moratuwa on Thursday.

D.S. Senanayake beat Nalanda College, Colombo by 9 wickets in the quarterfinal played at Darley road on Thursday.

D.S. Senanayake will meet Mahanama in the semifinal.
