Trinity juniors win

Trinity College won both junior games played ahead of the Bradby Shield rugby encounter against Royal at Pallekele on Saturday.

In the under 18 game played for the Simithrachchi Cup Trinity led by Kaveen Wijayasena beat Royal by 31 points (3 goals, 2 tries) to 5 (1 try). The match was refereed by Isuru Perera.

Trinity also won the under 16 game by beating Royal by 5 points (1 try) to nil. The match was refereed by Ravi Alexander.
