Delmage, Hirdaramani, Central Finance and Bodyline win matches

After a break for festival holidays, the MCA 'D' division 40 Over League Tournament 2019 got back on track last week – end, January 5 and 6.

2019 first winners were, Delmage Group, Hirdaramani Group, Central Finance and Bodyline. It was a busy week-end for Delmage Group and Central Finance – both teams engaged in double headers.

Delmage Group beat Hilton Residencies by 05 wickets on Saturday and lost to Bodyline by 76 runs on Sunday. Central Finance went down fighting to Hirdaramani by 09 runs on Saturday and beat Softlogic finance by 125 runs on Sunday.

The top performers in the new year were, Isuru Vidana from Delmage Group (95 not out and 3 for 33 Vs, Hilton Residencies), Maheepa Madusanka from Hirdaramani Group (92 Vs. Central Finance), Jeewantha Pradeep from Central Finance (81 Vs. Soft Logic Finance), Vishma Neranjan from Bodyline (78 not out Vs. Delmage), Ravindu Shan from Hilton Residencies (75 Vs. Delmage Group), Dilshan Alahakoon from Central Finance (5 for 17 Vs. Softlogic Finance) and Vikum Costha from Central Finance (58 runsand 3 for 30 Vs. Hirdaramani)
