Two first-class cricket clubs Panadura SC and Kalutara PCC have been found guilty of match fixing in one of three charges and face one year’s suspension from the game.
According to sources the inquiry report was handed over to SLC and it is learnt that both clubs will be fined and suspended.
A final decision will be taken by the SLC’s executive committee next week.
The incident involves a Premier Tier B match played between the two clubs at the Surrey Village grounds in Maggona last season.
