U. H. Ramith Pesara of Dharmaraja College, Kandy emerged the under 11 All Island Pentathlon Champion at the All Island Pentathlon Championship which was held at the Sugathadasa Swimming Complex recently.
Pesara won the butterfly stroke, medley and breaststroke events at the All Island School Swimming Meet and also won under 11 medley and butterfly stroke awards at the National Age Group Swimming Meet.
He is coached by Sugath Uyanahewa, the head coach for Mahamaya and Dharmaraja colleges.
