The second 4-Day Unofficial Test match between Sri Lanka ‘A’ and Pakistan ‘A’ will commence today at the Pallekele Stadium in Kandy.

Bad weather could be a deciding factor for this game once again as it did during the first 4-Day game played at the same venue last week.

However, Pakistan ‘A’ took major honours in the first game and they are expected to produce a repeat performance.

Pakistan ‘A’ produced a good batting display while scoring 324 for two in the first game and the Sri Lanka ‘A’ bowlers will face another big challenge to contain their opponents.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka ‘A’ will look to bounce back with an improved batting and bowling performance.

Opener Kamil Mishara was the only successful batter for the home side as he hit a superb 98 in the second innings.

They will rely on Skipper Sadeera Samarawickrama, Oshada Fernando, Lahiru Udara and Nuvanidu Fernando to put up a good score on the board.
