New Zealand brush India aside in Dubai

Trent Boult appeals successfully

New Zealand trounced India by eight wickets in their ICC Twenty20 Cricket World Cup Group Two match played in Dubai, United Arab Emirates yesterday.

India, who were put into bat were restricted to a modest 110 for seven with Trent Boult (3/20) and Ish Sodhi (2/17) sharing the wickets.

In reply, New Zealand had little difficulties in overtaking that total as they scored 111 for two in 14.3 overs with Martin Guptill, Daryl Mitchell and Kane Williamson leading the way.
