The four Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches began training sessions with their respective squads in preparation for the SLC Invitational T20 League Cricket Tournament, which commences at the Pallekele Stadium in Kandy today.
Former Sri Lanka fast bowler Rumesh Ratnayake was named coach of Team Blues while his Assistant Coach will be Thilina Kandamby.
Meanwhile, Ruwin Peiris is the Head Coach and Sajeewa Weerakoon is the Assistant Coach for Team Reds. Upul Chandana was named Head Coach of Team Greys and Saman Jayantha was named as his Assistant Coach. Former fast bowler Dharshana Gamage will be the Head Coach and Malinda Warnapura will be the Assistant Coach for Team Greens
