Chamindu and Seneth pass GCE(A. Level) exam with flying colours

Weerakkodige Chamindu Ranvinu Weerakkody the First Eleven Cricket Captain of Taxila Central, Horana in 2019/20 and his twin brother Weerakkodige Seneth Vinvinu Weerakkody the Vice Captain of the First Eleven Cricket Team of Taxila Central Horana in 2019/20 has passed the GCE Advanced Level Examination with both of them securing three “A”s in the Commerce Stream.

The elder brother Chamindu Captained his Alma Mater in the under 15, 17 and Fist Eleven teams and his brother Seneth played for under 13, 15 and 17 and he was the Vice Captain in 2019/20. Both their parents are teaches W. A. L. K Weerakkody and Mrs. S. W. M. W. Premathilake respectively. Perhaps this may be a record in the Sri Lanka Schools Cricket History.
