Vibuda Wijebandara joined the semi-final line-up of the Men’s Singles event with a straight set win on the sixth day of the Colombo Open Tennis Tournament, which continued at the SLTA Courts in Green Path yesterday.
The favourite rallied around excellently and went on to beat his opponent Wenuka Kithnula 6-2, 6-3 in the last quarter-final of the event.
