In fact, the Gladiators completed their batting powerplay without losing a wicket scoring 50 for no loss while setting the platform for a big total.

The Gladiators then collected their 100 runs in 11.2 overs with middle order batsman, Azam, Khan hoisting two sixes and stroking a couple of boundaries during his 14-ball 25.

However, the Stallions came back into the game in the middle of the innings and put a break to the high scoring-rate with Wanindu Hasaranga dismissing both openers.

The Gladiators then collected their 150 runs in 16.4 overs thanks to a 14-ball 31 from Chadwick Walton who struck one boundary and hoisted three sixes.
