Lasith Malinga to miss IPL 2020

Mumbai Indians pacer Lasith Malinga is all set to miss the entire season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 which is all set to get underway from September 19 in the UAE. Mumbai Indians confirmed on Wednesday that Malinga will be not be available for the upcoming season due to personal reasons, stated the Times Now News.

Mumbai Indians have announced Australian pacer James Pattinson as a replacement for Malinga for IPL 2020. Pattinson will be soon joining the Mumbai Indians squad which is currently training in Abu Dhabi. Malinga's absence comes as a huge blow for Rohit Sharma-led side who will miss his experience in the squad.
