Sri Sumangala College Panadura defeated Moratu Vidyalaya in their 28th limited overs cricket match worked off at De Soysa Stadium Moratuwa. Sri Sumangala College Panadura beat Moratu Vidyalaya by 72 runs in their annual inter-school 28th limited overs cricket match for the fourth consecutive year and worked off at De Soysa Stadium Moratuwa.

Batting first Sumangalainas scored 220 runs with Tharana de Silva marking the top score of 63 runs and in reply Vidyalians were all out for 148 runs with Vidusha Peiris claiming 4 for 26 runs.

Sri Sumangala 220 in 48.5 overs (Tharana de Silva 63, Prabash Jayasekera 37, Chamika Peiris 34, Mihiranga Fernando 33, Chamilka Pushpakumara 3/14, Vishva Fernando 2/30.

Moratu Vidyalaya 148 in 46.3 oves Chamalka Pushpakumara 38, Sukitha Dewthilina 21, Vidusha Peiris 4/26, Anuka Jayasinghe 2/17, Vishva Lahiru 2/25.
