Indians Sagar Udeshi and Sumith Ghadigaonkar steered Chilaw Marians to an innings and 150-run win inside two days over Lankan CC in their SLC Major Tier ‘A’ 3-day Inter-Club cricket match played at CCC grounds yesterday.
Left-arm spinner Udeshi took a match bag of 12 wickets for 100 runs and left-hander Ghadigaonkar scored 149 out of Chilaw Marians total of 432-8 declared to star in their win.
In the other matches concluded yesterday CCC beat Army CC by an innings and 8 runs with Lahiru Gamage taking seven wickets for 47 in the Army second innings. The rest of the matches were drawn.
