Royal College, Horana captained by all-rounder Janidu Aluthge has booked a berth in the second round of the Under 13 Division Three Cricket Tournament conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association and played for the Singer Trophy. His deputy is Nadun Willorage.
They were unbeaten through out the tournament and in the first round they won three matches and drawn one in favour of them. They are coached by former Sir John Kotalawala Vidyalaya Piliyandala Cricketer Janith Dissanayake and his assistant is a past Dharmapala Vidyalaya cricketer Dinuka Godikanda and their master in charge is Lakshman Adikari.
Their highest run getter is Malaka Duwage while chief wicket taker is Nethusha Kulupanage. The Principal Mrs. R. A. Ranasinghe, the Parents of the players and Old Boys have been very supportive during the entire process.
