Ananda hold Lumbini to a draw

The Singer Trophy Under 19 inter-schools cricket match between Lumbini College and Ananda College ended in a draw due to rain at BRC grounds yesterday.

Tashika Nirmal of Lumbini displayed all-round performance scoring 64 runs and capturing 7 wickets in the match while Isuru Ayesh of Ananda took a match bag of 9 wickets.

Lumbini chasing a winning target of 84 in 22 overs fell short by 16 runs with three wickets in hand.
