Sebs-Thomian clash in the semi-final

Last year runner up St. Sebastian’s College Moratuwa will meet S. Thomas’ College Mt. Lavinia in the semi final of the ‘Singer Trophy’ Under 17 Division One inter schools cricket tournament at BRC on Monday.

Unbeaten S. Thomas’ College Mt. Lavinia advanced to the second round as champions in their group in the first round. They advanced to the pre quarter final round as champions in their group in the second round.

They beat Kalutara Vidyalaya in the pre quarter final round and.beat last years champions St. Joseph’s College Colombo in the quarter final.

Unbeaten St. Sebastian’s Moratuwa advanced to the second round as group champions in their group in the first round. and advanced to the pre quarter final round as group champions in their group in the second round. They beat Thurstan College Colombo in the pre quarter final and beat Trinity College Kandy in the quarter final

Sukitha Prasanna will lead St. Sebastian’s College Moratuwa and Ryan Fernando will be captaining S. Thomas’ Mt. Lavinia.
