A splendid 102 runs by former Devananda Cricketer Sohan de Livera helped Singhalese Sports Club “A” to beat Paragon Cricket Club by a massive 246 runs in their inter club division three Colombo District Cricket Association tournament match played in Colombo.
Sohan hit eleven fours and a six and occupied the crease for 138 minutes and faced 116 balls. Also he put on 197 runs for the first wicket with Vishwa Wijesinghe who missed a well deserved century by two runs. Batting first homesters scored 308 for 5 and in reply visitors were all out for a paltry 62 runs with Manula Perera claiming 6 wickets for 14 runs.
