Moratu Vidyalaya have it easy

Moratu Vidyalaya beat the touring Dhamondi Cricket Club of Dhaka Bangladesh match worked off at Moratuwa.

Visitors batting first scored 106 runs in their overs with Koushal Chandak scoring 50 runs with Mahitha Meddinu claiming 4 for 9 runs.

In reply, Vidyalians notched up the required score for no loss with Chatula Bahagya and Dilshan Dulakshana being unbeaten on 43 and 42 runs respectively.

Visitors will play against Prince of Wales College, St. Johns College Nugegoda and Piliyandala Town Club Cricket Academy during their stay in Sri Lanka.

Dhaumodi Cricket Club – 106 in 20 overs (Koushal Chandak 50, Aunafi, Azam Mahmud 19, Vinura Nipun 2/3, Mahith Meddinu 4/9).
