SLC elections fixed for February 7 to beat ICC deadline

The Director General of Sports has said that election of office bearers to Sri Lanka Cricket will be held on February 7.

The government appointed Competent Authority Kamal Pathmasiri the task of overseeing the day to day functioning of the SLC till elections are held. The International Cricket Council (ICC) in the meanwhile has given a deadline till February 9 to hold the elections.
