Ceylon Tobacco Company (CTC) recently concluded their annual sports day at the CH&FC grounds. The event, which brought together all employees from across the organization saw employees divided into teams of four to compete in an array of sporting activities, including cricket, football, volleyball and shotput. This annual sports event signifies the company’s amalgamation of different individuals and their attributes which harness diversity and instills an upbeat culture.
