Lumbini beat Bandaranayake

Lumbini College Colombo beat Bandaranayake College Gampaha by 3 wickets in their 5th Battle of the Blue & Green annual limited overs cricket encounter played at the R Premadasa Stadium yesterday.

Bandaranayake winning the toss and electing to bat were bowled out for 172 in 42.3 overs. Sahiru Roshen top scored with 78 and Prabath Madusanka took 4 wickets for 18 runs.

Lumbini replied with 173-7 wickets in 37.3 overs with Kavin Peiris scoring an unbeaten 78.
