101st battle of the Blues : Trinity on top

Trinitians were able to bundle out the Antonians for 115 runs in their 101th battle of the Blues, and the Trinitans in reply was rather disappointing with the bat at the start, they were 2 for 2, and were struggling against a hostile pace attack, made life miserable for the batsmen, the pace ballers picked two quick wickets. However skipper Hasitha Boyagoda carried Trinity’s hopes with a stubborn effort he had a good support from Jeff Weerasinghe, these two put on a partnership of 93 runs, and Hasitha Boyagoda was the third to go out after scoring 72 runs. At the end of the first day Trintiains were 150 for 5 in 30 overs
