National Football Pool begins training

National players following instructions from Head Coach Amir Alagic

The Residential Training for the National Football Pool commenced at the National Training Centre in Beddagana on Thursday.

The training programme got underway under a bio-secure bubble environment in preparation for the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers and the Asian Cup Qualifiers Round-2.

All players and the eight officials who are taking part in the training camp had to undergo PCR and Antigen tests.

Chathuranga Madushan, Marvin Hamilton, M. Chalana Chameera, S. Jude Supun, M. N. M. Musthaq, M. N. M. Fazal, M. Zarwan Johar, L. H. Kavindu Ishan, Dillon de Silva, Ahmed Waseem Razeek, M. M. M. Aakib, M. A. Asikoor Rahuman, M. A. M. Hasmeer and S. D. Wijesinghe.
