Sithumli Nulara a table tennis star in the making

Fourteen year old Sithumli Nulara of Ratnawali Balika Vidyalaya, Gampaha won the Girls under 15 singles title at the Women’s Table Tennis Championship held at Gampaha Sports Hall recently. The tour nament was held to mark International Women’s Day

Sithumli Nulara started playing table tennis in 2018 and has shown vast improvement during the last three years. Her table tennis coach Lalith Perera is taking great pains to make her a champion paddler with the support of the principal of the school Mrs Hema Jayawardena.
