Defending champion Devapathiraja College and Rathnawali Balika Vidyalaya advanced to the final of the ‘Singer Trophy’ Under 19 Division One inter schools Girl’s cricket tournament yesterday.
Devapathiraja College beat Anula Vidyalaya Nugegoda by 58 runs and Rathnawali Balika Vidyalaya beat Wadduwa Central College by one wicket in the semifinals played at Army ground Mattegoda yesterday.
Devapathiraja College will meat Rathnawali Balika Vidyalaya at the same venue today in final. Defending champions Devapathiraja College enetered to the final for the sixth consecutive year.
