Colts CC in command

Colts CC leading fisrt inning against Chilaw Marians CC on day two in the final of the Major Emerging Inter Club tournament at R. Premadasa International Cricket stadium yesterday.

Colts CC won the toss and elected to field first. Chilaw Marians were bowled out for 143 runs in 43.5 overs. Dilshan Sanjeewa scored 46 runs and Nimesh Vimukthi scored 25 runs. Nipun Ransika took 4 wickets for 28 runs. Kavishka Anjula took 3 wickets for 43 runs Nipun Malinga took 2 wickets for 29 runs.

Colts CC scored 250 runs for 3 wickets in 71.5 overs. Jehan Daniel scored unbeaten 83 runs and Vishad Randika scored unbeaten 62 runs. Opener Dhananjaya Lakshan scored 61 runs. Asitha Fernando took 2 wickets for 47 runs.
