Abdul Cader and Ganuka Fernando set up a final showdown in the Boys’ Under-12 Singles when they won their respective semi-finals of the National Tennis Championships, which continued at the SLTA Courts in Green Path yesterday.
Abdul, from D. S. Senanayake College, Colombo defeated Lithum Jayabandu in straight sets 6-1 6-2 while Ganuka, from St. Joseph’s College, Negombo had the better of Louis Knese 6-4, 6-1. - A.N.
