The Kalutara divisional secretariat men’s football team recorded a massive 4-0 victory over the Panadura divisional secretariat football team and were crowned as champions in the 46th Kalutara District Secretariats inter-club football championship-2020 which was held on August 29 at the Vernon Fernando football stadium Kalutara.
The Kalutara District secretariat division women’s football club team recorded an easy 7-0 victory over the Bandaragama secretariat division women’s football club team and emerged champions in the Kalutara District Secretariats inter-club football championship-2020 which was held at the same venue.
This tournament was organised by the Kalutara District Secretariat sports unit under the guidance of Kalutara District sports officer S.R.Z. Mowlana with the help of the Dodangoda divisional secretariat sports officer Imesh Gnanaratne successfully.
Kalutara divisional secretariat football team was led by Lahiru Tharaka and coached by Anil Parera while Panadura divisional secretariat football team was led by M.R.M.Nasrin and coached by Mohammed Safraz.
