Mahela Jayawardene appointed consultant for Sri Lanka National and U19 teams

Former Sri Lanka captain Mahela Jayawardene has been appointed as a consultant for the Sri Lanka National team and the under-19 team for the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup 2021 in West Indies.

Jayawardene has been appointed as a consultant for the U-19 team in an ‘honorary’ capacity, while he has been appointed as a consultant for the National team during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup qualifiers.
