The Cricket team of Mahamaya Girls School, Kandy will take part in the All Island School Girls Cricket Tournament commencing this week. The Mahamaya Girls Cricket team as well as St.Anthony’s Girls Cricket team , Nugawela Central School Cricket team and Jayasiripura Girls Cricket team, Bakamuna have been drawn into Group C and in the first match Mahamaya Girls will play against Jayasiripura Junior School,Bakamuna on March 23,2021. This match is scheduled to be held at Bakamuna Mahaweli Grounds and the Mahamaya Girls team is captained by Isiri Meegammana.
