Miandad Sports Club cricket team, Sainthamaruthu emerged winners of the Cricket match when they beat New Star Sports Club cricket team, Sainthamaruthu by two wickets played at the Sainthamaruthu public play grounds recently.
The 20 -overs cricket match was held with the aim of developing friendship between the Sainthamaruthu MIANDAD SC and Sainthamaruthu New Star SC players.
Sainthamaruthu New Star SC team batting first scored 135 runs in their allocated 20 overs being all out. Sainthamaruthu MIANDAD SC team in reply scored 139 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 15.3 overs.
