The Sri Lanka Rugby (SLR) will conduct a workshop under the theme “Post Covid-19 safe return to play Rugby guidelines” conducted by Dr. Namith Sankalpana, Chief Medical Officer of SLR at Duncan White Auditorium, Sports Ministry from 1 p.m. onwards today.
With the involvement of the stakeholders including the Sri Lanka Schools Rugby Association, the SLR is conducting this workshop to educate the Rugby loving fraternity to adhere and gear up for the commencement of the game in both schools and club levels. There will be a formal discussion with these participants as the SLC is to summarize and formulate a report to meet the Sports Minister and the other related ministries to get the green light to start up the stipulated tournaments scheduled to commence at the end next month.
