The justice ministry team emerged victorious this time around at the Judicial services softball cricket tournament organized annually by the court of appeal of Sri Lanka.
The final match was played between the justice ministry and the court of appeal teams at the prison headquarters grounds on 19.09.2020.
Justice ministry team batted first to score 92 at the end of five overs while the court of appeal team managed to secure a score of 67. Sameera Lanka Wijethunga and Dushantha Hewage who represented the justice ministry team were adjudged the best batsman and the best bowler to receive awards.
