Jaffna Masters will take on Thomian Masters today

The Thomians are proud to announce a mini-tour with Jaffna Masters in Colombo playing the first historic match against Thomian Masters on today and the second game against a combined team on Sunday, led by Shane Fernando. The matches will be played at Colts grounds commencing at 9.30 am.

The Thomian Masters formed as a team not only to enjoy the game they love, but also with the idea of spreading the game to other schools island-wide.

The tour is funded and sponsored by the Thomians. The Jaffna teams travel are sponsored by Michael Arnold (Thomian) and Ride for Ceylon.

Deepal Ahangala, speaking on behalf of Thomian Masters Cricket, thanked Patron, Warden Rev. Marc Billimoria for his encouragement and support. He also thanked the Sponsors, Shanthini Ahangama of Coconut Miracle Organics, Gihan Wirasinha of ASL Logistics, Johann Peiris of Red Bird Aviation, Asanga Seneviratne of Nation Lanka Equities, and Thira Thenabadu for sponsoring the Kit.
