Old Bens triumph

Old Bens beat Nondescripts Cricket Club by two wickets in their inter club Colombo District Division Three quarter final cricket match played at Kotahena.

Batting first visitors were all out for 129 with Poorna Charuka bagging 4 for 34 and in reply Old Bens notched up the required score for the loss of two wickets.

Nondescripts CC 129 in 41.3 overs (Sachindu Colombage 27, Shehan de Silva 32, Poorna Charuka 4/34, Sandun Ranatunge 3/18.

Old Bens 130/8 24.5 overs (Maheesh Theekshana 24, Shehan Fernando 27, Sandun Ranatunge 23, Samitha Ranga 2/16, Antiriane Savier 3/20).
