Sri Lanka to play West Indies in December

Sri Lankan Test cricketers will begin the ICC World Test Championship campaign soon after the ICC T20 World Cup ends in Dubai.

The two Test match series against West Indies will begin on November 21 to December 2, exactly a week after ICC T20 World Cup ends. Both Test matches are scheduled to be played at the Galle International Cricket Stadium.

Once both test matches end, Lanka Premier League second edition will begin from December. 4 The final will be played from December 4 to 23 in Hambantota.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka is most likely to tour Pakistan on a quickly-arranged international cricket tour on the request by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) but due to heavy schedule, it's not confirmed yet. The PCB already spoke to SLC and SLC has already told them about their willingness for the tour and it's most likely to commence after the LPL. - (D.R.)
