Dinesh Chandimal honoured for his epic feat

A portrait of former Sri Lankan cricket captain Major Dinesh Chandimal was unveiled at the Panagoda Army cricket ground Hall of Fame recently in recognition of his knock of unbeaten 354 against Saracence SC at the SLC Major Tier A tournament, which is the highest individual score in Sri Lankan domestic cricket. Here Army cricket head Maj. Gen. Ruwan Wanigasooriya unavailing the photo in the presence of Maj. Dinesh Chandimal and senior officers.
